Felicia Smith is the owner and Certified Wedding and Event Planner. I have been planning weddings and special events for as long as I can remember, Simply Made Catering and Events was my first business. We specialized in mainly catering. Then In 2014 got engaged and was married in October of 2015 to my husband, Marcello Smith. I planned my entire wedding from start to finish and then woke up the day after in a blur and didn't have any moments that a bride should have after her wedding day. Being the planner, I missed my BIG day. That's what makes us special. I want every person to have their moment and I will do everything possible to make sure of it. I pride myself on creating realistic timelines, target dates, event flows and floor plans. I work extremely close with your selected vendors to ensure your day goes off with a hitch. From emails, phone calls, onsite meetings and walk-thrus.

LaKetra Lemons
LaKetra Lemons, is a native of Memphis, TN and has been dedicated to Planned II Perfection as an Assistant Coordinator for over 5 years. Laketra is a mother of two and is our style guru. LaKetra brings her creativity, organizational skills and her attention to detail to each event. She enjoys working with wonderful people and the P2P team. She enjoys expertly creating and executing unique and purposeful events. From making sure the rows are properly aligned, to sewing on a button, LaKetra is committed to helping individuals and couples to ensure your vision becomes your reality.
Kaya Johnson
Kaya Johnson, is a Louisiana native living in Memphis for the past 16 years and she is an Assistant Coordinator for Plan II Perfection. Kaya has been with Planned II Perfection for over a year. She is inspired by her wonderful, loving daughter and family. I am very family oriented ,outgoing and funny. Kaya lends her talents in making sure that every need of the client is met with ease, she is the missing piece that P2P needed. Her powerful force of dedication, love, positive attitude, motivation and encouragement just adds more to what the P2P family has to offer.
Jacqueline Little
Jacqueline Little is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and she is our Jr Assistant Coordinator for Planned 2 Perfection. Jacqueline a mother of one and has a passion for children. She is amazing at completing any task thrown her way and helping others' visions come to life. She brings her positive and uplifting energy to the team to make things always fun and exciting. Jackie's dedication and her mindset to go above and beyond for every client are just what we stand for here at plans to perfection.
